Overview
TagFlow is a Chrome extension by ACOPES AI that helps Etsy sellers analyze tag competition using AI. Paid plans (Premium and Power Seller) unlock higher daily analysis limits and are billed monthly through Paddle.
Free Tier
TagFlow offers a free plan with 5 analyses per day. No payment is required and no refunds are applicable to the free tier.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Premium at $6.99/month and Power Seller at $10.99/month) are billed monthly on the date you subscribe. You have access to your plan benefits immediately upon payment.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for any paid plan if you are not satisfied. To request a refund within this window, email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason. Refunds for subsequent billing cycles are issued at our discretion and are generally not provided after the renewal charge unless there was a billing error.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your plan until then. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation unless requested within the 7-day eligibility window.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong plan amount, charge after confirmed cancellation), contact us immediately at [email protected]. Billing errors are corrected promptly and a full refund is issued where applicable.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request — TagFlow" and include your account email address and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
